You can also choose to take this juice in tablet form.
• Supplements- You should take vitamin C 250-1000 mg supplements every day which will keep your immune system healthy. Other than supplements you can also take fruits rich in vitamin C for example, grapes, orange, apple, peach etc. Cucumber juice with honey can be of great help.
